Status: Applied in the EAEU

The standard applies to meat and meat products (except canned meat) and establishes methods for the rapid determination of fat and the method for determining fat using the Soxhlet extraction apparatus.

Стандарт распространяется на мясо и мясные продукты (кроме мясных консервов) и устанавливает методы ускоренного определения жира и метод определения жира с использованием экстракционного аппарата Сокслета.
