The standard applies to curd cheeses produced from curd made from pasteurized milk. Curd cheeses are intended for direct consumption. The requirements of the standard aimed at ensuring the safety of life and health of people are set forth in clauses 5.2.3 and 5.2.4, marking - 5.5. The standards of the Russian Federation given in the standard are applied in accordance with the established procedure.
Стандарт распространяется на сырки творожные, выработанные из творога, изготовленного из пастеризованного молока. Сырки творожные предназначены для непосредственного употребления в пищу. Требования стандарта, направленные на обеспечение безопасности жизни и здоровья людей, изложены в пунктах 5.2.3 и 5.2.4, маркировка - 5.5.
